  • After selecting credit card payment, you will be redirected to our designated payment service provider’s (PayPal) page to complete the transaction.
  • You will be required to provide necessary details, including the cardholder’s name, card number, expiration date, and the CVV2/CVC2 security code.
  • Clicking the “Pay” or “Confirm” button constitutes your authorization for us to charge the total order amount to your credit card.

  • Once your payment is successfully processed, the transaction on your credit card statement will appear under our company name or our designated merchant name. If you have questions about the transaction, please verify this descriptor first.

​5. Errors and Refunds​

  • Disputing Errors:​​ If you identify an unauthorized transaction or an incorrect charge on your statement, please notify your card-issuing bank immediately and contact our customer service team.
  • ​Refund Processing:​​ All refunds will be issued back to the original credit card used for payment. The processing time for refunds depends on your bank’s policies and typically takes 5–15 business days to be reflected on your statement.
